Run with us!

We run every Tuesday and Thursday, and some Sundays.

All runs start under the Coke sign, Kings Cross. We run in ALL WEATHER. As Bob Marley said, 'some people feel the rain; others just get wet'.   

Each run is lead by a KXTC run leader who will make you feel welcome, explain the route, and get everyone moving. 

We ask that you be able to run at a pace of around 5.45mins/km. We include this requirement in the interest of running together as a group, not to exclude anyone. Of course, you don't have to run the whole route either if you don't want to, and we won't leave anyone behind!

When we have a critical mass of runners we'll add runs on other days. We're also hoping to include some absolute beginner runs in the future, with zero minimum requirements. We'll update the website, Facebook and Instagram as soon as new runs are established.   

Every Tuesday night - 7pm

  • We like to mix up the route but some of our favourite runs are through the Botanic Gardens to the Opera House or Harbour Bridge, or around Rushcutters Bay Park. See Routes
  • Length: Up to 8kms, or as long as you want. 

Every Thursday morning - 6.45am

Some Sunday mornings - 8:30am: Sunday Schoolin' 

  • Sunday runs won't be on every week, so check Facebook and Instagram for the latest. 
  • Sunday long runs will also be mixed up every week. Our favourite jaunts are down to Bondi, Clovelly or Coogee Beaches; up and around Centennial Park; over the Bridge and around Circular Quay; and The Flat-ish One to Barangaroo. 
  • Lengths vary, but will start at about 14-15kms, but feel free to turn back whenever you want!
